This classic Hawaii Resort Home exemplifies the indoor outdoor living here in Hawaii.  This Kaupulehu Beach and Homes Club property is 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths in one of the most private resort locations on the Big Island with views of Maui and the Pacific Ocean.  Located on the Kona | Kohala Coast just to the North of the Kukio Golf and Beach Club, Four Seasons Hualalai Resort and Kona Village a Rosewood Resort this property has privacy and access to world class golf, tennis and dining.  The listing is with Frank Schenk and Nic Schenk of Hawaii Life and was photographed by me right before the COVID-19 lockdown.

Before and After Slider Saturdays - Howard Hughes ‘A’ali’i Residential Tower at Ward Center

This project for designer Rottet Studio and Howard Hughes posed some very interesting challenges. The location of the model Home Condominiums are located in the old IBM Building designed by Vladimir Ossipoff. On the exterior of the building is a concrete cladding (photo) and the views out the windows will not be the actual future views from the ‘A’ali’i Residential Tower at Ward Center located adjacent to the IBM Building. I had to do a few things to complete the image, first my normal editing and retouching process for the interior, then I had to secure view shots from Howard Hughes they had already captured to show future buyers what the actual views would look like. The views out the window will now show what a potential buyer will actually see.
